Welcome to EURO 2021
At The Plough
It’s been a long wait for the Euros to come around but it’s finally time to don your team shirts. Since we can’t be pitch-side, we’ve built a premier football experience bringing you all the atmosphere of the stadium right here in the comfort of our heated marquee. Book a ticket to watch the game in comfort on our big screen with your mates and get priority seating, beers, burgers and more.
Each ticket is £25 and includes a good viewing seat, plus a main meal from our burger menu (see below) washed down with either two pints of Forum Helles Lagers, two bottles of Old Mout ciders or two pints of Heineken Zero.
Take a look below to see which matches we’ll be showing on the big screen, and book your tickets today!

FAQ
When do we need to be in our seats?
You’ll need to be in your seats at least 15 minutes before kick-off. This is a seated event so once you’re in your seat we’ll come to you to take your order.
Where will the event be held?
We’re in the garden at The Plough in a covered, heated tent. Please follow the signage for the entrance.
Do I need a booking?
Yes. Each ticket is £25 which includes a seat with a good view of the screen, plus a main meal and two drinks of your choice (Forum Helles Lager, Old Mout Cider, Heineken Zero or a soft drink alternative).
All bookings for England and other Home Nation games require full payment in advance. There may be limited seating available on the day, but this cannot be guaranteed.
For all Non-Home Nation games, these may be shown but it is at the pub’s discretion so please call ahead to find out if the match you want to see will be available to watch. You will not be required to buy a ticket for Non-Home Nation games.
What can I wear?
Team shirts are encouraged but not necessary and if you want to get all Gareth Southgate on us and throw a waistcoat into the mix because that’s just how you roll, we won’t complain!
What is there to eat and drink?
You can view our special Euros food menu above. Please note our food and drink menus within the Football tent are limited and different to our usual pub menu. If you want to book in for our traditional pub menu (which is fabulous too, by the way) please give us a call so we can try to adjust your booking and move you inside the pub, but the Euros will not be shown inside the pub. With regards to our drinks menu at these events and within the pub also, we ask you to always please drink responsibly.
Do you take cash/card?
At the moment, we only take card payments should you wish to purchase additional food and drinks during the event.
How many people can I bring?
We welcome groups of 4-6 for the Euros matches due to our table set up, but if you are solo or in a smaller group, please call us to discuss. Current government regulations mean you can have a maximum group size of 6. If this regulation changes, we will reflect that change here on the website.
What’s your Covid policy?
Our Covid policy for these events is exactly the same as in our pub. That means your safety is our number one priority, always. You can read more about it here. You will need a mask for entering and exiting the tent, plus walking to the bathrooms.
